Learning Kaltura?

Kaltura is UC's enterprise video content creation, streaming, and video repository tool. You can record and/or upload videos, including screencasts of PowerPoints and yourself using a camera, using Kaltura Capture.

Kaltura is available within Canvas and college Kaltura MediaSpace (KMS) sites, and as a stand-alone video creation software option (Kaltura Capture). Students, faculty, and staff can upload existing videos to Kaltura’s repository. Videos can be recorded via Kaltura Capture and uploaded into Canvas. All colleges at UC also have a public-facing Kaltura MediaSpace (KMS) page, very similar to organizational pages on YouTube.
