The instructional design team at the University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College is committed to providing high-quality instructional design services that support the college's mission of providing accessible, affordable, and high-quality education to a diverse student population. In addition to working with the instructional design team (contact information above), you may:

Make or refresh the plan for a course, using an alignment map,
Build out a course, using the Course Basic Standards Checklist,
Review biweekly updates, and/or

Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) support

DTS provides technology solutions to the community that enable innovative research, teaching and learning at a leading urban university, through service, partnership, and protection of information assets.

Submit a ticket about Canvas, ticket about Kaltura, or ticket about another UC technology tool to the DTS Help Desk. Make sure to log in using your UC credentials to submit a ticket any time you are having an issue with a UC technology tool (Canvas, Zoom, MS Teams, Kaltura, etc).
Call DTS at (513) 556-HELP (4357) or (866) 397-3382.
Search the UC Knowledge Base for information.
You can check the status of a possible outage via the UC Status Page.
